To apply for a new water connection, please, visit our nearest service office with the following required documents.

Submit your application form and pay the required fees.

                        Requirements For Individuals (domestic/commercial)

•             A Copy of Your Identification Card (NID or Kebele ID) or

•             A Copy of Your  Plot’s Site plan or land ownership or rental agreement

•             Duly filled application letter

                       Requirements for Companies & Institutions

• A Copy of Your organization’s legal document or
• A copy of your Site plan or land ownership or rental agreement
• Copy of Your TIN Certificate
• Duly filled application letter

                      To Change of customer category

•             A Copy of Identification Card (ID)

•             A copy of legal documents, Site plan or TIN Certificate

•             Duly filled Application letter
