By using modern operating technology, providing transparent and fast services, establishing a reasonable tariff and cost recovery system; providing clean, sufficient and reliable water to the residents of the city and surrounding areas, and establishing a sewage disposal system in collaboration with stakeholders, it aims to provide services that are commensurate with the rapid growth of Hawassa city and enable the organization to be self-sufficient in terms of revenue.
